In addition to a fabulous performance by Tempest, we welcome local dancers to our stage. To perform, submit in writing (e-mail or letter) the following information:
- your or your troupe's name;
- the title and length of the piece you'll be dancing to;
- a brief description of the dance (no more than three sentences to go in the program)
- an indication of whether the dance is fast, slow, or in between (this will be helpful for arranging the program).
Performance Guidelines:
- Solo dances shall not exceed 5 minutes.
- Group dances shall not exceed 12 minutes.
- No overlap between soloists and troupe dancers.
- At least half the members of a troupe must enroll in the workshops in order to perform; if you can't make the entire weekend, one day of workshops is fine.
- MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR CD ON SATURDAY!!!
- Arrive at 7:45 pm, 45 minutes before the show starts.
- Your info and workshop money must reach Jeana by Wednesday, September 13th.
Failure to meet any of these guidelines will result in exclusion from the performance.
